Greeting’s Brothers and Sisters of District 3.

I am asking for your support in my bid for Vice-Chairman for District 3. I feel I would be a good Vice-Chairman for the following reasons:

I have been a member of the F.O.E. since 1977 (33 years). In my home Aerie, I have held all offices including Worthy President. I am a past president of Sires/Arabellas Unit 8. I have been a State Officer and have held all the offices in District 3 up to Chaplain.

If you elect me as your vice-chairman you will get my full support and a commitment from me that all members will be heard and everyone would be treated equally. Furthermore, I promise that I will fulfill all the obligations made of me.

When it comes time to vote at our next District meeting to be held in Livermore, all I truly ask is that you vote the way your heart tells you and you vote for the person you think is best for the district.

Thank you,

Thomas L Gardner, Past State Officer, Alameda Aerie 1076.

Brothers and Sisters,

My name is Frank Busuttil and I am running for the office of Vice Chairman.  I have been a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles since 1990.  In that time, I have served as Worthy Chaplain, Worthy Conductor, and three times as Worthy President.  Over the years, I have chaired and co-chaired numerous committees.  Presently, I am Worthy President of Mountain View Aerie 2356, Director of District 3, a member of Sires/Arabellas Unit 8 and was recently appointed Deputy State President District 3 East.  Our District is one to be proud of and one not to be taken lightly.  I see changes that must be made to unify us even more. We have to take the Aerie’s who are not that active and  work with them together, to build an even stronger District and keep our place in the state of California.  I know that I can represent our District in the way it has to be represented and if the feeling is mutual; your vote would be appreciated.

Sister Gwen did not get an election letter in to the bulletin in time for cutoff.

She is a PMP of San Pablo Auxiliary 3028 and just recently was chairman of the Auxiliary mid-winter conference just held in Oroville.

Hello brothers and sisters,

My name is Paul Feci, PWP from San Jose 8.  I am running for the position of District 3 Chairman and would appreciate you coming to Livermore next month and voting for me.

I have been an Eagle for over six years.  I’ve served twice as Conductor, once as WVP, two terms as WP, almost two years as JPWP and am now serving as a Trustee with my Aerie.

I am currently the Sires Unit 8 President and District 3 Conductor.  I have also served as District Outside and Inside Guard.

I am serving, for the second time, as the Deputy State President, District 3 West.

Last year I was Co Chairman for the State Ritual competition and this year am serving as the Chairman.  I’ve also served as the District 3 hospitality room Chairman at state convention and will be chairing it at this years state convention.   Whether chairing something or not, I’m always there helping.

My meeting attendance record for both my aerie and with the district is impeccable.  Missing only a hand full of meetings do to illness.  I’ve given the eagles my best and will continue to do so.  I feel I’ve earned the right to be your District Chairman and hope that you will support me.

Thank You

Paul Feci, PWP, SJ 8
